Client Service Agreement

1. Services

LocalCue Content LLC provides digital marketing and creative services described on the website, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or written scope.

Current monthly plans are Essentials ($99), Growth ($299), and Managed ($599). The selected plan controls included content volume, platform capacity, revision limits, and any publishing, analytics, campaign, or community features. Third-party platform actions require supported accounts and sufficient client-granted permissions.

2. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information, required assets, timely feedback, approvals, and permission to use submitted materials.

3. Communication

Official communication will occur through hello.localcuecontent@gmail.com or another mutually agreed method.

4. Revisions and turnaround

Included revisions are limited to the amount stated in the selected package. Major scope changes may require an additional fee. Delivery estimates depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, revisions, holidays, and circumstances outside LocalCue Content LLC's control.

5. Approval

The client is responsible for reviewing facts, claims, spelling, links, offers, and legal compliance before publication.

6. Ownership

After full payment, the client receives rights to final approved deliverables. LocalCue Content LLC retains ownership of its templates, systems, prompts, workflows, methodologies, branding, and pre-existing materials.

7. AI-assisted work

LocalCue Content LLC may use AI and automation tools to assist with research, drafting, organization, and production. Clients remain responsible for final review and approval.

8. Payment and cancellation

Payment, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the applicable checkout, invoice, Terms of Service, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. No guarantee and liability

Marketing results vary and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.

10. Governing law and contact
