1. Services

LocalCue Content LLC provides content planning, social media support, marketing materials, content creation, strategy, scheduling assistance, and related digital services. The exact scope, deliverables, schedule, revision limits, and price will be described in the applicable proposal, checkout page, invoice, order confirmation, or written agreement.

Current monthly plans are Essentials ($99), Growth ($299), and Managed ($599). Package scope, platform limits, revision limits, and included publishing, analytics, campaign, or community features are controlled by the selected plan. Features that act on third-party platforms require supported accounts and sufficient client-granted permissions.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide complete, accurate, and timely information, materials, approvals, account access, and feedback. Clients are responsible for confirming that submitted materials may legally be used.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Fees are due according to the applicable checkout page, invoice, subscription schedule, or written agreement. Work may be paused for overdue balances. Recurring services continue for the selected billing period until canceled according to the applicable cancellation policy.

4. Revisions and approvals

Included revisions are limited to the amount stated in the selected package or agreement. Scope changes may require an additional fee.

5. Ownership

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide. After full payment, clients receive rights to final approved deliverables, except for third-party assets and pre-existing LocalCue materials.

6. Third-party services

LocalCue Content LLC may use third-party tools for hosting, payments, design, AI assistance, automation, scheduling, analytics, storage, communication, or publishing.

7. Results disclaimer

LocalCue Content LLC does not guarantee specific sales, leads, followers, engagement, rankings, revenue, or other business outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalCue Content LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
